Above all the restaurant offers traditional meals typical of the Gargano, where different cuisines have come together and share one common feature: genuineness. Guests may taste the local seafood or farm produce. They may savour the essence of the extra-virgin olive oil used for most dishes, made in the traditional way with olives grown on centuries-old trees.
