Ingredients for 4 persons:
gr 500 of Cicatelli,
600 g of rocket
400 g of cherry tomatoes,
1/2 cup of extra virgin olive oil,
2 cloves of garlic,
200 g of fresh ricotta cheese(grated)
Preparation:
Wash and cut the tomatoes, mince the garlic, wash the rocket. Fry the garlic into a pan with the olive oil and add the cherry tomatoes and the salt. Cook over a low heat and put some water to avoid the tomatoes getting dry. Place the rocket in a pot with boiling water. Let it simmer for 5/6 minutes and then add the pasta. When the pasta is done, drain off the water and add everything to the tomatoes. Add some ricotta cheese and mix on the heat. Sprinkle some ricotta and chili powder on the top of each portion
