Orecchiette pasta with ricotta cheese and walnuts

Ingredients for 4 persons:
500 g of orecchiette ("little ears"), 400 g of goat ricotta cheese,  25 g of nutmeg, salt and pepper, 300 g of shelled walnuts.

Lucrezia's orecchiette pasta

Ingredients for 4 persons:
350 g of orecchiette ("little ears"), 50 g of anchovies,150 g of red cherry tomatoes, 150 g of mozzarella cheese, 150 g of zucchini flowers, basil leaves, chili powder, 2 cloves of garlic, extra virgin olive oil, salt.

"Capriata" with chicory and small "fava" beans

ngredients for 4 people:
500 g of shelled dried small "fava" beans, 1 kg of wild chicory, chili powder and garlic, 200 g of tomatoes, 30 cl of extra virgin olive oil, salt, 300 g of stale bread

Vegetable soup (zuppa married)

Ingredients for 4 people:
gr. 500 Mixed vegetables, gr. 400 cotechino pork, gr. 200 of bacon, 10 cl of olive oil extra virgin olive oil, gr. 100 cherry tomatoes, gr. 100 of pecorino, 1 mcipolla, gr. 500 of bread, 2 eggs, salt q.b.

Cicatelli pasta with rocket, tomatoes and ricotta cheese

Ingredients for 4 persons:
gr 500 of Cicatelli, gr. 600 of rocket, gr.400 of cherry tomatoes, 1/2 cup of oil, 2 cloves of garlic, gr.200 of fresh ricotta cheese (grated)

Troccoli with chickpeas and cod

Ingredients for 5/6 persons:
500 g of Troccoli,  400 g of cod, 300 g of chickpeas, 400 g of tomato sauce, 1 pepper, 1 eggplant (medium size), 100 g of celery, 100 g of carrots, 2 onions, 2 cloves of garlic, extra virgin olive oil, parsley, 1 bay leaf, chili powder, salt, white wine.
